Refund & Cancellation Policy
Ellepreneur India, at its sole discretion, may cancel any order(s) under the following circumstances:
- If a fraudulent transaction is suspected.
- If a customer is suspected of conducting a transaction that violates the Terms of Use.
- Due to reasons beyond Ellepreneur India's control, including technical or technological issues.
The refund/cancellation policy is applicable under the following conditions:
- If a member cancels the subscription before the membership is activated, the entire order amount will be refunded.
- If a member cancels their membership renewal before the renewal is charged, a written notice must be submitted at least 5 business days in advance. Please email support@ellepreneurindia.com.
- However, once a paid membership is activated, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
- In case of failed transactions or double deductions for the same order, the total deducted amount will be refunded.
- In case of a canceled order or failed transaction, the bank/card transaction charges, if any, may be forfeited.
- Ellepreneur India makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or timeliness of refunds to the member's card or account.
- In the case of partial cancellations, the refund amount will be proportional to the cancellation.
