Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ellepreneur India, at its sole discretion, may cancel any order(s) under the following circumstances:

  1. If a fraudulent transaction is suspected.
  2. If a customer is suspected of conducting a transaction that violates the Terms of Use.
  3. Due to reasons beyond Ellepreneur India's control, including technical or technological issues.

The refund/cancellation policy is applicable under the following conditions:

  1. If a member cancels the subscription before the membership is activated, the entire order amount will be refunded.
  2. If a member cancels their membership renewal before the renewal is charged, a written notice must be submitted at least 5 business days in advance. Please email support@ellepreneurindia.com.
  3. However, once a paid membership is activated, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
  4. In case of failed transactions or double deductions for the same order, the total deducted amount will be refunded.
  5. In case of a canceled order or failed transaction, the bank/card transaction charges, if any, may be forfeited.
  6. Ellepreneur India makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or timeliness of refunds to the member's card or account.
  7. In the case of partial cancellations, the refund amount will be proportional to the cancellation.
