("Terms and Conditions") govern your use of our community
platform including our diverse range of Services, website, mobile app
and other services provided by Community arranged through Online
mode or physically to incubation and acceleration support and
encourage to startups / business / Profession founded or co-founded
by women entrepreneurs who are registered with our Community
Platform. Some additional conditions may vary according to the type
of services you are availing. All the additional terms are available
with services, or will be introduce in future.
The use of this Community platform services as mentioned
above with other various kinds of services provided by Ellepreneur
India (hereinafter referred as “Owner/ Community”) presently as
well as in future period of time as Community expand and grow their
Platform are subject to the following Terms and Conditions (herein
after referred as “Terms of Service”), all parts and sub – parts of
which are specifically incorporated by reference here. Following are
the Terms of Service governing your use of Ellepreneur India
platform (“Community”) and services provided by the Ellepreneur
India through Online mode or physically (“Services”).
DEFINITIONS: The parties referred to in these Terms of Service shall be defined as
follows
“Community”, “Us”, “We”:
The Owner, as the Creator, Operator and publisher of the Ellepreneur
India (Community) and all kinds of services provided by our
Community through Platform, available to Users / Members
(“Services”).
"Platform" refers to our website, mobile app, services, Services
Packages and other all kinds of services provided by Community
which arranged through Online or physically mode aimed at the skill
development of women with other services which leads to incubation
and acceleration support and encourage to startups / business /
Profession founded or co-founded by women entrepreneurs who are
registered with the Community, etc. in present as well as in future
period of time as we expand and grow our Community Platform.
“You”, "Member", ”User”, ”Client”:
You as a Member of Community, availing Services or Package
Services provided through our Platform, will be referred to throughout
these Terms of Services with second – person pronounce such as You,
Your, Yours, Member or as User or Client. For the purpose of these
Terms of Service, the term ”User” and “You” shall mean any natural
or legal Person who is accessing this platform.
"Content" includes all text, images, videos, information,
documents, and inclusive of other material posted on our platform.
“Parties” Collectively, the parties to these Terms of Service i. e.
Owner / Community Platform and Member / User / Client who
availed services will be referred to as Parties.
ASSENT AND ACCEPTANCE:
By using the our all kinds of services provided by Community, You
agree that You have read and reviewed these Terms of Service and
that You agree to be bound by it.
If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Service,
kindly leave the Community immediately. The Community only
intends and agrees to provide collective social Platform through
Services to you; if you assent to these Terms of Service.
Further, based on the Services obtained or availed by the User of the
Community Platform, additional Terms and Conditions in respect of
Specific Services or Service Packages as per Community Rules may
apply, which shall be deemed an Agreement between the User and
Community
USER’S CRITERIA:
The User / Member who are willing to join our Community
should be Women entrepreneur or Professional having her own
Profession or Business irrespective of field initially in India and
further as we expand our platform globally.
She must be Entrepreneur / Owner / Co-Owner / Founder /
Freelancer / Proprietor / Partner of relevant Business or
Profession with proficient knowledge and experience; also who
want to start up their own profession or any kind of business.
This Community platform open to all adult age groups but
specifically Women Entrepreneur who must have attained age of
18 Years (Eighteen Years) having sound knowledge of relevant
field. As registered user, You represents and warrant that You
are at least have age of 18 Years and may legally agree to these
Terms of Service as may amend with time to time.
The Community assumes no responsibility for any kind of legal,
Personal, financial Liability regarding any misrepresentation of
their business or personal identity made by User registered with
us.
ABOUT THE COMMUNITY AND SERVICES:
Ellepreneur India aims to create a global community where
professional women entrepreneurs can connect, collaborate, and
thrive. The Community represents dynamic digital Platform that
provides access to valuable resources, support and networking
opportunities for professional women entrepreneurs, fostering
their personal and professional growth and success.
Along with digital platform, we offer you variety of Online and
Offline services with technical, administrative or other kind of
support. Also provide access to resources, mentorship, and
networking opportunities. Our vision is ambitious, but we
believe that together, we can achieve it and create a brighter
future for women entrepreneurs worldwide.
Any other person irrespective of gender issue can access,
explore us without prior permission or authorization.
We do not screen or sensor the Users who register on or who
access our platform. You / User assume all risks associated with
dealing with other Users with whom you come into contact
through our community platform. You are allowed and agree to
use this platform only for Lawful purpose without infringing or
violate rights of or restricting the use of our platform by any
third Party.
Users / Members should not misuse or redistribute our resources
without Permission of the Owner of the platform. User shall use
the platform for professional purposes only and not to harass,
discriminate, or harm other Users or person involved in the
Business Deal.
We reserve the right to refuse to provide our services disclosed
by us at our sole discretion to anyone for any reason at any time.
LAWFUL USAGE OF THE COMMUNITY AND SERVICES:
We may provide you with certain information as a result of your
use of the Services provided by us or availed by you. Such
information may include but is not limited to documentation,
data or information developed by us and other services which
may assist in your use of our platform.
Subject to these Terms of Service, we grant you a non –
exclusive, limited, Non-transferable and revocable Membership
to avail Services provided by us through our community solely
in connection with your membership for availing Services.
Services provided by us may not be used for any other purpose
and this Membership terminates upon your cessation of use of
our Services or at the Termination of these Terms of Services.
Any unauthorized use by you shall terminate the Permission or
Membership granted to you by us and you agree that you shall
not bypass any measures used by us to prevent or restrict access
to the Community.
INTELLECTUALPROPERTY:
You agree that the all Services provided by the Community are
the property of the Owner, including all copyrights, trademarks,
trade secrets, patents, social media Content published on website
and other intellectual property ("Community IP"). You agree
that we own all rights, title, and interest in and to the community
IP and that you will not use it for any unlawful or infringing
purpose.
You agree not to reproduce or distribute the community IP in
any way, including electronically or via registration of any new
trademarks, trade names, service marks or Uniform Resource
Locators (URLs), without express written permission from us.
If you know that any of your intellectual property rights have
been infringed or otherwise violated by the posting of
information or media by another of our users, kindly
communicate with us.
PAYMENT OF MEMBERSHIP FEES: By accepting Terms of Services for joining Membership with us,
you agree to pay us nominal joining fees which are applicable to
Users / Members who are willing to avail services through our
community. First registration fees will be not refundable and further
renewal of Membership is subjected to rules of Community.
The details of an amount for the sake of Membership will be
communicated to you at the time of Registration or after the
completion of Membership Application Process. An additional charge
for specific services will convey separately to Users / Members.
It is totally at discretion of the user / member to avail service and make
payment for such services. We do not mandate user / member to make
payment for availing services.
USER / MEMBER CODE OF CONDUCT: Any Women entrepreneur who is interested to join our Community
shall follow code of Conduct as-
Respect:Members must treat other Women entrepreneur /
Professional with respect and dignity. The User / Member shall
maintain professionalism during the period of Membership and
while doing Business deals.
Integrity: Members / Users must act with integrity and honesty
in all community interactions.
Confidentiality: Members must respect the confidentiality of
information shared within the community. Member / User itself
remain responsible and accountable for maintaining security and
safety with their Personal or Business information, documents
subjected to the requirements of our platform.
Non-Discrimination: We committed to provide an inclusive
environment free from discrimination.
Any User / Member who intend to make fraud,
misrepresentation or any other unlawful conduct by providing false,
fraudulent information, documents on our platform is subjected to
immediate Termination of these Terms of Service along with
Membership with our community. We as community contains
exclusive right to erase information of the Members, refuse to provide
Services to fraudulent Users remove or cancel Membership of the User
at our own discretion to avoid further consequences.
PROMOTIONS: Members are directed to not use community logos, names, taglines
and other social media content mentioned by the Community knowing,
unknowingly. Members may share their business or Profession related
promotional content should not involve or induce others to involve in
fraudulent activity which leads to defamation of our community’s
goodwill.

disputes, or disagreements that arise from business deals
between members.
Due Diligence: Members are encouraged to conduct their own
due diligence and seek independent legal or financial advice
before entering into any business agreements with other
members.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from business deals
between members must be resolved independently by the parties
involved. The community will not mediate or intervene in these
disputes.
Disclaimer: By participating in the community, members
acknowledge that they engage in business deals at their own risk
and the community is not liable for any losses, damages, or
consequences resulting from such deals.
JURISDICTION, VENUE & GOVERNING LAW: 13. JURISDICTION, VENUE & GOVERNING LAW:-
By availing our Services, you agree that the laws of India shall
govern any matter or dispute relating to arising out of these Terms of
Service, as well as any dispute of any kind that may arise between
you and community, with the exception of its conflict of law
provisions.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: The Community or any representative of it, is not liable for any
damage that may occur to You due to availing services furnished or
provided by Community to the fullest extent permitted by law. The
maximum liability of us arising from or relating to mentioned Terms
and Conditions on Community platform. The services which are
provided from your side, any hidden information or malafied intention
to hide data are not acceptable. All loss suffered due to such intention
shall be borne by user itself.
